the location was great, really close to shops and transport links. the staff were kind of nice, and it seemed like a chill vibe in the bar. the bedding was clean, and i liked that there were tea and coffee facilities in the room.

During my short stay, I really appreciated being just around the corner from Bush Hill Park, perfect for a refreshing morning walk, and also found delightful spots like Wok With U within a few steps, making it so convenient to grab a bite after exploring the area. as a solo traveler, the central access to attractions is yet a big plus for my weekend adventures.

the excellent location allowed me to take a short stroll to the beautiful enfield town park and enjoy a peaceful walk at bush hill park, making my weekend getaway a relaxing experience while exploring the city, although the hotel itself could use some better cleaning to enhance comfort.

The location was perfect for exploring Enfield, with easy access to public transport and nearby amenities. the room was quite small and could benefit from some updates to improve overall comfort.

the stag is a charming hotel with attractive old england architecture. the rooms boast lovely original fireplaces. i particularly enjoyed the spacious bathroom and the warmth of the shower. the location is perfect, just a short walk to my work, with a bus station right across the street, making it super convenient.

I had a lovely stay for three nights, enjoying a cozy room and the convenience of wi-fi, which made working from my hotel a breeze. The bar was perfect for unwinding with a drink and there’s a nice little outdoor seating area too. The bathroom could’ve used some more attention, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. just plan ahead for shower time! 😊

My partner and I enjoyed our stay. The bar area down below was lovely, great atmosphere to unwind. We faced a bit of a challenge with the private bathroom being messy, but the staff did try to help us find another room. A bummer was that it was smaller than expected.

The room was tiny with no wardrobe, just a small pole to hang clothes. The bathroom was cramped with a narrow sink and a tiny shower. The noise from the road was super loud, and there was no food service, which was surprising for a pub. Helpful staff did recommend nearby restaurants.
